Appearance: Javert Leblanc, the younger brother and the dominant side. He has a messy light brown hair, short and carelessly piled on his head. His skin is a light tan, and his eyes are a pure blue. He always is seen wearing a tight deep blue sleeveless shirt with a tall neck line, several interesting looking belts, and a form fitting pair of white jeans.
Jean Leblanc is the older brother. He has a deep brown hair color, dark enough that it often looks black. It is still messily piled upon his head, but it is slightly longer than his brother's. His eyes are a menacing blood red that often seem to pierce through the darkest of shadows. He wears the same thing as his brother, but with a black shirt instead of a dark blue. His skin is a lighter tan than his brothers, but in the right light will look much lighter and sallow.
Personality: Javert is a compassionate young man. He feels passionately about things like justice, and is very self-righteous, which gets him in trouble occasionally. It is this passionate, that got him involved in theater. He is concerned very much about spiritual things and moral values. He holes his moral values high, which also labels him as a religious person sometimes. He isn't very sure about God or higher powers, but he believes strongly in life and its gifts. He can also a very emotional person, and isn't afraid to cry unlike most boys.
Jean is probably the opposite of Javert. He is a vicious, malicious young man. His resolve is firmly set, and is extremely dangerous enemy. He is intelligent, and also very passionate(the only real thing he and his brother have in common). He hardly values any life besides his and his brother's. The only person known to even be worth anything to Jean, is Javert.
ST: Javert is seemingly normal at first glance. It is only to someone with Spirogin's Disorder that his powers become evident. Somehow, Javert obtained the power to nullify other powers given by Spirogin's Disorder. Unless Javert is consciously thinking about nullifying a power or powers, the use of other Spirogin's Disorder powers is easily accomplished. However, Javert's blood can be injected into others which, depending upon the ST rank and amount of blood, and inhibit the person's powers, or completely nullify them. The nullification effect has only a range of about 20 feet in any given direction, but could be further extended with intense training. The effects can be made into a semi-visible shield or barrier with extreme concentration and focus. Javert's is unable to move or react while completely nullifying a power at the ST Rank of 4.
Jean's power is also one unable to be seen at first glance. Extreme cell regeneration and control. Somehow, Jean is able to increase the speed of his cell regeneration, as well as his cell's structure and size. For instance, if he accidentally cut his hand, a simple shallow cut, it would instantly heal. A deep wound take only a second or two, and things like limbs take him around twenty seconds. If someone where to cut off his neck, Jean would be able to re-attach it, but only for a limited about of time (Within about a minute. After one minute, he will die). Also, if vital organs are severely damaged, he can create new ones, but only within a minute or two of their destruction, and with intense concentration.

Additional Info: In actuality, Jean and Javert live within the same body. The two twins were born fused together, but were actually two separate people. When doctors attempted to separate the two, they nearly killed both of them, but miraculously, thanks to Jean's cell regeneration, they were saved. However, Javert's body became so weak, that Jean was forced to remain within his body to keep him alive. Jean can step out of Javert's body, but he must return within a few days, or Jean will die.
