ah...it seems I've forgotten all about my little journal. let me catch you up on my hectic life. I moved about 1 month ago, because of the return of my father from Iraq. I switched to a Catholic school, and let me tell you, it is crazy. It's a small populated little place that takes only 1 bus, yes that is correct, 1 bus to get all the bus riders home! There are goodie goodies and pot heads and rebels and then there's me. he he. No joke. I am on some distant planet other than Catholic planet. I got a haircut the day before we pick my father up at the base. That haircut was the absolute worst! it was so ugly, being straight down in disgusting bangs, and...well ugly. I was about ready to kill myself and, as always, my mom started spreading the news "Brenna is upset about her haircut and I see depression seeping through her facade, and she is in DENIAL!" but then, word got around to my grandmother (by 5 PM might I add) and she told me something I won't ever forget. She told me that if I was the crazy granddaughter she knew and loved, I wouldn't care what anyone said about my hair, and I would put it in crazy hair styles, and be proud to stick out like a sore thumb. At first I doubted what she said was true, but, I tried it, and it ended up being one of the prettiest haircuts I've ever had. So, I finally finished the Twilight series. Okay, it took me like a week, but whatever. I didn't have anything else to read until about 2 days ago, we went to one of my mom's friend's house. I got presents and those presents were 2 books. Marked, and Masquerade (the second book to the blue bloods series.) I finished Masquerade to day and now have, yet again, nothing to read. Now that you're up to speed, I think I'll say good night. heart
