He walks into the room
We meet each other’s gaze
There's a spark behind his eyes
Can this really be love at first sight?
He walks across the room
I'm at a loss for words
All I hear him saying is
"Have we met before?"
I manage to turn away
From the fire in his gaze
He touches my hand as I leave
And pulls me toward him gently
I feel like I am melting
He's the bread and I'm the butter
We're so perfect for each other
Yet, we've never met before.
But there's something there
I can feel it like I feel the air
We sit down and start to talk
It’s like we’ve know each other for years
All too soon, he has to leave
He writes his phone number down for me
As I think, “He could be the one forever.”
We meet each other’s gaze
There's a spark behind his eyes
Can this really be love at first sight?
He walks across the room
I'm at a loss for words
All I hear him saying is
"Have we met before?"
