They say writing down your dreams after each night is rather healthy for the mind and creative section of the brain. Things become clearer and maybe parts of the dream that didn't make sense in your head look a lot better on page or typing.
Dare I write my own dreams in this journal of mine? I wouldn't know the reactions to some of my more... bizarre dreams. I could try it out, keep it on private, anything I suppose as long as they were down.
