I used to work out and exercise a lot before I got depressed about a year back and after that I been real lazy. Well yesterday I spent some time and ran a mile. I know that's not much but its better then sitting on the PC all day. I want to be healthier. I only Weigh 140 but I don't want to get any diseases from not exercising and eating right. I don't drink much soda now. I was drinking 4-5 cans a day. Now I replaced it with Juice and Water. Anyway I'm leaving right now to do at least 2 miles hopefully more. Under this I will post the actual distance I went today along with the time and calorie burn. Not like anyone Cares but still I do I need it to reference. I plan to be alittle more active every day. I'm only going to write down what I do on the treadmill and bike. The weights are to hard to measure. Anyway I'm off. O.o Oh I might just make them private... Wait my friend likes to compete with me so all my Training Logs will be public. Along with my Daily Journal.

I went by calories. Every 50 Calories is 1.1 Mile. My girlfriend called me when I had 25 Calories. So thats about .55 Miles. When I hung Up I got on and burned 100 Calories. Totaling 2.75 Miles.
