I close my eyes as I listen to her soft beautiful voice
Her laugh is the prettiest song that has ever filled my ears
I smile as she releases another sound of happiness
Then it happens
The sounds of sadness fills my ear
As my heart breaks
I'm sorry! I didn't mean to!
I've got to say something but nothing will come from my lips
Tears begin to run down my face as I long for her to stop
But she won't.
Can't.
I'm terrified.
I hurt her.
And even though its days later
Her sobs are all I can remember
