That's "yoroshiku", or "nice to meet you". The reason that's cool is the first "4" for the syllable "yo" is sort of like one of the various pronunciations of the word for "four". The 6 for "ro" is like the first syllable of "roku", or "six". The second "4" is, of course, "shi", or "four". And then the "9" is for "ku", which sounds like "kyu", which is "nine".
