Being that I love anime shows, I am quite fond of theme songs from them. Listening to the opening and ending themes are a great way to find great music! Yeah sure you probably can't understand it, screw it, it sound fantastic!
Some songs I suggest are-
Kaidoku Funou by Jinn [Season One, second theme for Code Geass]
Ready Set Go (Couldn't find the artist) [Fullmetal Alchemist Opening theme]
Ride On a Shooting Star by The Pillows [Fooley Cooley ending theme]
So watch some anime, sure you'll probably get what I like to call "high on fiction" (when you first watch a show, then become addicted. Then once you can't remember the name or can't find it, you go through a sort of "withdrawl" wink , but it's hitting two birds with one stone. Listen to great music, and find another guild to join here on Gaia.
