Our story begins like anyother. A normal day, just normal everything.
Midd. day around 3 o'clock.
Two close friends, Jasmine and Ruby, Are getting ready to meet up.
They check up to see if the other is on the way, they stay one their cell's and chatter as they near eachother.
Jasmine: "where should we meet?"
Ruby: "I donno, how about by the park? or the movies?"
Jasmine: "uuh, how bout the movies. I have something big to tell you."
Ruby: " Oo What? Tell me now!"
Jasmine: " ill tell you when we meet up ok?"
Ruby: *sigh* "fine.... see ya in a bit. Bye"
Jasmine: "bye"
Several minutes later they saw one another at the movies. they walked around for a but till ruby brought up what jasmine had said earlyer.
R: so what's the big news?
J: well im gonna go to europe for a few weeks.
R: WHAT?! your gonna leave me?
J: its only two weeks.
R: yea thats two weeks two long...... please dont go.
J: im sorry Ruby, but i have no choice. I promise, i'll call you every day. and after this i'll never leave you again.
R: Promise?
J: Ofcourse i promise.
Over the next few days Jasmine packed and left for Europe.
While Jasmine was gone Ruby waited for her calls everyday till she got back.
She was absolutly miserable, there alone without her best friend.
But Ruby didnt know the troubles that were going on with jasmine.
Jasmine had problems with her family all the time.
Fights, arguements, anything that would cause conflict with her and her parents.
But Jasmine still called every night like she'd promised.
When Jasmine got back the two were insepreable.
Ruby never wanted her to leave nore did jasmine want to be away.
All the while Jasmines Family issues got worse.
Eventualy jasmine couldnt take it. She called Ruby that night, in tears and hurt.
*the phone rings*
Ruby: "hello?"
Sniffles-Jasmine: " Ruby?"
Ruby: " Love whats wrong?"
Beginging to cry again-Jasmine: "Ruby i cant doit anymore."
*phone hangs up*
Ruby: " Jasmine?....Jasmine? hello you there??......
*dial tone*
Ruby thought jasmine had needed time to coolso she left her alone.
The next day Ruby calls to see if jasmine is alright.
When the phone is answered all she hears is a sobbing mother.
Ruby trys to carfuly understand but the only words she hears is "Jasmine......Hospitol"
Her heart shattered, she couldnt belive it. Jasmine was in the hospitol? why?
Ruby didnt hesitate. She droped the phone and ran from her house all the way there.
She needed to know was Jasmine ok.
She reached the hospitol's reseption desk out of breath and asked for her room number.
She dashed down the hall and battered into the room.
Tears began to flow uncontrollably from her eyes.
To see jasmine there nearly lifeless killed her inside.
"Jas..mine.." Ruby harshly whispered.
"Jasmine!" She screamed at the top of her lungs as she raced to the bed"please dont leave me again!!!"
She took hold of her friend and hugged her tighly. rocking backand forth. pleading for jasmine to stay with her.
"R..u..b..y..." a hand reached up caressing the side of her face.
"Jasmine?" she replied back as she looked at her face.
Jasmine slowwly opened her eyes and softly said " i told you, i was never going to leave you again. it was a promise remeber?"
