AA T One. One girl. One feeling of grief Not just for her But for time lost. For memories faded And cracked, Lost forever in Time’s empty shelves. One feeling of hatred towards Life and its cruel musings. From it’s mocking ties to material Things and realities prison. One tear for anyone who’s ever Felt alone, unwanted. Discarded like a hollow shell With no heart and no place to go. Cold and alone she wanders Through the grey mist Looking for something better, Anything that escapes realities Binding chains. One. One sob as she falls to the ground, Beaten and broken in her realization That there is nothing to life But the cold grass and pale night sky. One. One face flickers and dims like a candle As the shadows slowly envelop it. One. One darkness that we all share. She is now part of the darkness of us all. One One last tear. One last smile. Before she fades, dry, cracked, and broken, Like her lost memories.
