have you ever just studied people?
im being serious. have you ever just sat there at a picnic bench or while your eating lunch at school, and watched your friends,aquaintences, or maybe complete strangers act out there life? i want you to do this one day-
get a notebook. any notebook and go to the mall. if you go by yourself this will be easier. now pick out random people and watch them. study them and write down what you notice.
later that night when you're looking through that notebook, ponder the actions of those people. maybe the way there dressed or the way they walk. choices they make, emotions they show. really truly think about it. then put yourself in their place. see through their eyes. why im telling you to do this will not only help be a more understanding person in general but it will also open up your eyes a little bit.
you will finally see that 13 or 14 year old girl try her first ciggerette outside. or you'll see that mother yelling and tugging that 7 year old boy by his arm out the biulding. you might catch the random old lady just drop a paper cup on the floor with the trash can right next to her or the 16 yr old chick stealing a pair of jeans from a stoor by changing into them inside the dressing room and strolling right through the door without any sign of guilt on her face. you'll catch all of this. you'll see it. and maybe, just maybe, it will give you a better view on things.
