___Writing Experiment Thingis___ [Cont'. Try Number Two.]
For Smoof, who wanted something silly-happy, but I couldn't manage it because I suck. D:
Smoof's shorn purple hair curls rebelliously against any attempt at being tamed. They've resisted all hair bands, shampoos that promise straight and silky hair, and rather egotistical hair dressers in the past, so she has come to just leave them be, only running a brush through it in the morning after she wakes. And every morning she wakes in the same dress, even though she can afford better.
You won't win any beauty pageants with that tattered thing.
So she has been told this countless times, but it is okay. She loves her patched up dress; it carries pieces of many other patterns and cloth, many more memories than the ones the dress alone had. And it is charming, because even though she is rich, she prefers her dress anyways. Sentiment over expensive clothing.
She does not care much for stuck up snobs that think less of her because of her clothing. She can damn well wear whatever she likes.
Smoof's eyes are always a sparkling color, just a shade redder than her hair. Perhaps she knows some joke that you don't? Maybe she has just read a ridiculously funny fanfic about how Seto Kaiba is mobbed by fans because they think he looks like Gackt and they try to strip him, or that the dignified Hyuuga Neji is secretly obsessed with his hair?
Well, whatever it is, she is always smiling. And sometimes there are sparkles around her smiles - no, it's not because Smoof smiles like Rock Lee or Maito Gai, but because of the crown of golden leaves set upon her hair. Her smile is warm and open, the epitome of friendliness.
Every four years, a championship is held to determine who is the most powerful mortals in the land. These laurels are a symbol of that honor and stature.
And you wonder how she got those laurels, so you ask. But she only smiles that warm and open smile at you and says that it's for her to know and for you to preferably never find out. Well, maybe her smile isn't that open when she says that, but that's alright too.
Because you're her friend, aren't you?
