It seems as if they are delaying this as much as a Halo game. The much hyped Battle System has not been released, even though the idea was released to Gaia in early 2008. So when will it released? When will you be able to wear ninja clothing. Also in this long wait are the testers. They test the game to see if it's good. Hopefully we get are hands on those testers soon...
