Name: Poor man's cookie
Ingredients:
Tub of icing [ I recommend butter cream or chocolate ]
Saltine crackers [ Whole wheat or regular ]
Instructions:
1. Put icing on knife
2. Spread on cracker. Evenly. Thickness depends on how much of a sweet tooth you have and whether the icing is very rich or not.
3. Pop it in your mouth and eat it.
