"Appearance: That hat, he always wears it, and a pair of goggles that he has no reason to have, for the wind has little or nothing to pick up around here in the city. He's got a thing for red too, his hair, it's always been that color, so I guess it is normal to just match what he wears to himself. Functionality is a rule he lives by as well, the jacket he wears lacks arms, to prevent constriction, he says; of course, if you listen closely, you may hear the clank of steel as he walks... Few know it, but he always has a complement of at least a dozen kunai at all times. And that glorious sword of his; a katana made of some translucent blue-ish substance, I've never seen anything like it. And he's masterful with both it and the titanium-alloy greaves he also never removes."
