The short list:
Disclaimer: It's been years since I've seen the movie. This list of things wrong is just off the top of my head. There are lots more problems I could come up with if I actually put in some effort.

Material stuff/Peasant life:
-Where did they get the wooden bucket? Time travel?
-Where are the sheep/goats? I see lots of beautifully mowed lawns in the Scottish countryside. People either grazed or farmed open land. They didn't grow manicured lawns.
-What kind of idiot leaves an incredibly expensive horse out in the rain when there is shelter? Medieval people, and particularly peasants brought the animals inside in bad weather. People were used to sharing living space with livestock. It's warmer. It's harder to steal an animal from your bedroom, etc...

Edward II
-Piers Gaveston survived well into Edward II's reign. He was not tossed out the window by Edward I for the homophobic amusement of the theater audience. He was killed by Barons as part of an attempt to weaken French /cute boy influence on the king.

Isabella
-Never slept with anybody who couldn't help her gain or keep power.
-Was not silly in love with Wallace.
-Was an incredibly intelligent, strong minded woman who overthrew her husband Edward II and ruled as iron fisted regent until her son came of age.

Wallace
-His Father and older brother went on the run for refusing to swear an oath to the English when Wallace was 18. That massacre was at a totally diferent time and done by Scots to Scots.
-His father died in battle during an uprising when Wiliam was 19; his mother was in exile, but alive at this point, as was his younger brother.
-was an outlaw at 19 for killing an English noble who ordered him to hand over his knife. He killed some more guys while in hiding with his Uncle, and had a serious price on his head by 20.
-He spent the next 5 years waging guerrilla war on the English in the lowlands.
-He liked women. A lot. As often as he could get them.
-He never married Marion, but she may have had his child, but mother and child were probably burned to death by the English.
-Time from Sterling bridge to his execution was about 8 years. Falkirk was the year after Stirling. He was 33 at his death.

Bizarrely for the son of an impoverished knight, Wallace did indeed know Latin and could read. Go fig.
