I'm in the process of moving to Canada. The bulk of me moving is leaving today. Me and as many clothes as I can take. xD The rest I'm still not quite certain how it'll get there, but we'll see how well this works out. My sister offered to keep it at her house until I figure it out. It's basically boxes so it shouldn't take up much room. Though it's all awesome stuff... well mostly anyway, like my video games, my systems, my DVDs and VHSs, and my CDs... oh and my books. D: It's nothing big so it shouldn't take much room.
It's too complicated to move to Canada, so I suggest against it to anyone thinking about it. Unless you have a very good reason for wanting to move there. Like a loved one, or for the US peeps, the rescission... or if you want health care no matter what. You know... the important stuff. For gay people, being treated like equals... but whatever. (the US sucks xD )
I'm going to be in a car the way there, because I'm taking a dog with meh. Being the overly paranoid person I am, I don't want to put her in a crate and put her on a plane. She's not a crate dog and I would hate to put her in that situation. sweatdrop My bf's friend is coming to get me though. I make everything difficult. xD He's almost to KS though. I shouldn't have to drive.. but we'll see how well I do with avoiding it. ninja
Being the overly paranoid person I mentioned earlier I suck at driving. I wait until I see like NO cars coming to turn... as long as there isn't someone behind me that is. Otherwise, I'll freak out they'll get impatient so I go too soon most of the time. I hate being next to other vehicles, it freaks me out... I don't trust other people with my life and that's basically what driving is. You're trusting the majority of the world to not get you killed. That's not a thought I like... but I digress.
I'm not really looking forward to it. The car ride that is, not moving. I'm looking forward to living there, it's awesome. whee Oh well... I'm sure I'll get over it once it's started and I can't turn back. ;D I keed... I'll probably not get over it until it's all over and done with. rofl
(more specifically I'll be moving to a place near Vancouver, so it's north of Washington. Now you can have a visual of how far it'll be to go. domokun )
