Lose the cure and a friend?
The lead soldier speaks*soldier-you are all under arrest you will come with me and give me the vial*. Keita tilts his head *keita- Otako is, is that you* as the soldier removes his helmet is reveals a shor dark haird fellow with fox like ears and red eyes * Otako- yes keita its me and its been a long time since you dropped out of the force* everyone just looked at keita in surprised *otako- oh, hmm it seems as you haven’t told your new friends that you was one of the best elite soldiers for many a years but you dropped out why im still not sure* *jun- is this true did you really use to kill other advanced humans* *Hyru- and yes do tell and why did you drop out did your guilt take over felt bad that you killed your own kind, bad enough we are a dying race* *watanuki- yes do tell or were u just trying to stop us from getting the cure* then more soldiers and a few tanks pulled up behind otako and rin and the others steeped away from keita *otako- come keita you can still join back with us I mean you do want to live don’t you* *Keita- what are you talking about,. You don’t mean they have found a cure* *otako- something like that, they made a serum that adds years on our life every time we take it, but WI has it they are almost done with there cure, and if u join with us and if ur friends just give up and help us you all can recive the cure, but im only offering this because there with you* watanuki just stops in his track*watanuki- a cure what are you talking bout and a serum to make you live long in the mean time mmm I will never join you and help you kill your own kind we can find our own cure* saying with a stern voice. As the rest of the team agrees with watankui but keita stand still. *keita-im not sure if my new friends will take me back but I cannot go back to that life so you can tell the rest of your superiors and crew I will never join you* *otako- well im sorry to here that its seems the rest of my team of advanced humans will just have to exterminate the resistance and that means you , im dreadfully sorry that I wont be here for this and* as he says that a helicopter lowers a ladder for Otako as he grabs the that ladder ad takes off. Then some soldiers grab hold of watankui and the others keita just whips around to watch as more soldiers bust through the window and tanks pull up to it and surround them thousands of soldiers there it seems hopeless *keita- im sorry that I didn’t tell you about my past but I was trying to start over but it looks like (with a smile on his face) that it ends here I must face my past and save my friendship, I hoped we could make amends and keep our friendship, k hyru get them out of here and you to watanuki* As he says that he shoots a fireball and blows a hole in the roof the soldiers holding them loosen there gripa little and hyru grabs two of them and throws them at two others holding the others and watanuki grabs the one holding jasmine and buries his head in the ground smashing it completely. As they turn back to keita and jun tries to walk toward keita he holds his hand out and clinches his fist, flames bursting out of the ground around him and circle him incasing him in flame like sphere *keita-im sorry jun I cant make it harder than it already is* hyru grabs rin and jun as watanuki grabs jasmine and takes off*Keita- now fly and fly far and don’t turn back. As they take of the soldiers fire some at them and hit watanuki’s bag and break the vile*watanuki- damn it they broke the vile* they keep flying about 2 miles away they sit on the top of an building and watch the warehouse. Back at the warehouse they fire at keita as he stands there bullets flying by him, some penetrates him through his arms legs and one through his shoulder, he drops to his knee. As he cant take much more the sphere grows, the flames around him speed up faster and faster the soldiers stand in awe then keita and the sphere levitates as he looks at the soldiers his eyes go black *kieta- you will not harm them it ends here* (keita- goodbye jun, hyru,rin,jasmine, and even you watanuki).
As hyru and the others stand and watch all of a sudden they hear keita let out a loud yell the ball of fire grows at an alarming rate around him and as it hits the soldiers its so powerful and the heat is so intense it incinerates the soldiers and even the tanks are completely melted to nothing, a giant ball of fire engulfs a giant part of the city the ball was about a mile in diameter and the center was where keita was ,the heat was so intense it melted everything around it and a mile deep into the ground, it even melted some cars and other items hundred of feet away from the sphere and was so bright it seemed as day, jun and everyone felt the heat from it, and as the heat and flames subsided they could only watch as there friend feel from the sky, his battered, beaten and torn body looked as if it was falling apart as if he had turned to ash from the heat landed in the hole. Hyru was speechless as well as watanuki, rin held jun as she started to cry and dropped to her knees*jun-why, why did he do that we could have fought our way out, we could have there had to been another way* *Hyur- no we couldn’t have and I don’t think there was another way, im sorry but he did save our lives and none of you knew it but he only had days to live, his virus was to advanced he told me not to tell anyone he said that while we was walking in the tunnel* jun stopped and stood up sniffled a little bit still crying *rin- we better get going they might come searching for us in a few hours the sun will rise* *jun-the sun already rose and fell* she said gently. As she said that keita’s hat, ragged, ripped and torn, flew past her and she grabbed it and held it to her chest *jun- he saved us and even when we hated him just for his past he saved us, I want to visit the site where he died when it calms down we need to pay respects* *rin- I agree but we will need to wait a while and go underground and hide, so I suggest we contact the resistance after we pay our respects* *hyru- agreed* As the sun rises they fly off watanuki holding jun on his back and jasmine in his arms, hyru holding rin in his arms leaving that part of the city where most of it lies in a smelting heap, in a large hole where there friend lay at rest and all that remains of him is in juns arms held tightly as she holds back tears.
