The early rays of morning shone through the Junko's bedroom window. Her room, shared with Master Yamashita was one of three rooms atop the tavern. The other two rooms where for renting. Iwao had been offered one of those rooms to keep but declined it. He lives instead in an extra shed by the mill. Iwao was a simple man, No Junko thought He was a complex individual who prefered simple couters. Junko arose form her sitting postion on the floor, her morning meditation broken by thoughts of Iwao. He was late this morning. Could he have finally colasped from lack of sleep. She dressed and went downstars to the bar.
Master Yamashita sat waiting on the porch. "Where is that stupid boy." Nakamura (The Chef his name meaning Center of the Village) nodded as he passed him. Junko followed him into the kitchen to watch him prepare.
Master Yamashita sighed and stood up to return, when he heard a fustrated yell from a distance. On the road moving closer was a the figure of Iwao running full speed to the tavern.
