Silent Shadow
I drift in shadow,
silently watching,
Unseen in shadow,
Unnoticed in light,
I stand quietly silently,
Unknown and unseen,
Entranced and ponder,
Waiting ever patiently,
Vendetta in mind,
Stalk vicious prey,
Draw hateful blades,
Engaging my foe,
Draw closer a step,
An augur I seek,
Then strike - graceful haste,
To smite - thoughtless hate,
Then I stand in light,
Rejoicing at triumph,
Until I am struck down,
In this abyss of hate.
