Guilt Don't you hate when people make you feel guilty for just being you? Like you should change and be someone else, because that would help them out more. The dumbest thing is, you actually feel bad for someone else being unhappy with you - it doesn't matter if you are happy with you or not, it is what everyone else thinks.
