Kaiosou was born in a small town called Kogure that was constantly overrun by bandits and mercenaries. They would enter the town and demand a variety of things; from money to children. The money would be spent on weapons and armor, while the children would be turned into mindless killing machines.
At the age of five Kaiosou was taken from his family by a group of bandits who attempted to turn him into a soldier. Within the ten years they held him captive he mastered his skills with the bow, becoming a remarkable Sniper.
At fifteen Kaiosou decided he had about enough of the men who had kidnapped him so many years ago and came up with a plan to escape. One morning, while out on a mission for the bandits, Kaiosou made a collapse able bow which he hid beneath his shawl while returning to the base. That night he put the bow together and took out the guard at his cell door. He then disappeared into the night, never to be seen again by the bandits. He is reportedly residing somewhere in Kogure.

Storyline:
The small town of Kogure was once over run by bandits and mercenaries that would demand everything for nothing, leaving the people miserable and poor. Over the years a new government was formed to "protect" the townsfolk. Known only as "The State" the new form of "protection" has made all of the problems worst, basically inviting bandits into the town and forcing the villagers into slavery.
Now, nineteen-year-old Kaiosou resides in an old run down pub in South Kogure, where he plots to take out the government that had taken over while he was imprisoned for so many years; a government that leaves the people poor and forces two choices upon them; slavery or death. Kaiosou plans to build a resistance to take down "The State" once and for all.
