Clothes: Her top is a tank top that comes to a "v" just about two inches below the collarbone. Its a tight fit that clings to her curves. Over that she wears a sort of metalic (silver) corsette that connects to leather where it wraps around the sides and laces with leather straps. She wears a skirt that is tattered and torn with black and purple fabrics. On her feet she wears leathers "slippers" that lace up her calf and tie off in back just below the knee. (All of the leather should be dark and match.) On her left thigh she wears a leather strap that holds a dagger, usually covered by her skirt. She had a long sword, but not all of the time. She has a leather belt and sheath that are fairly undecorated except for a purple jewel where the hilt meets the top of the sheath.
Personality: She's quiet and drawn in at times, but for the most part she is optimistic and friendly. She's a fierce loyalist to her land and the people in it.

Personality: He's relaxed in most circumstances and very playful towards Miranda. However as the Fire Beings begin to move he becomes more serious.
Biography: Dane has lived in the forests all of his life and was home schooled by his parents until her graduated. Now he's the care taker for a rich man's cabin as well as secretly the guardian of the surrounding forests. He protects the forest and all of the creatures in it from the Fire Beings, who want to kill off all of the trees and animals in a war that's been raging for years. Many, many years. In the fall Dane is asked to chaperone a part for the rich man's daughter. there he meets Miranda and finds out that she's a hybrid of human and Fire Being. He helps her find her powers but the forest council will not let train her. She's give two months to prove herself and Dane is to watch over her and keep her in line. He falls for her but when two months are up the council wants her gone and he has to turn against her.

If she's at home she doesn't wear shoes, but most other times she's wearing tennis shoes unless she's wearing a miniskirt. Then its a pair of 40's style pumps. She has a heart shaped locked that she always wears. Its silver, had a red rose etched in front, and on the back her name is engraved.
Personality: Ruthanne's more of a loner than you would think by looking at her. She hangs out with only a few people at time as she's grown to hate crowds. She doesn't talk much about her life at home or what its like to be a foster child. She tends to have bad mood swings; which she won't explain to anyone.

She hates her job and her foster family. Now she's just trying to make her way through her senior year and graduate.

He always carries a black rucksack with him and thends to be secretive towards the things inside. When he's teaching, he wears black slacks and a variety of colored button up shirts.
Personality: He's an odd but playful sort of person who loves to have fun in and out of the classroom. However, he also has a darker side that he tries to hide. He's mostly in a darker state outside of school and when he doesn't think that anyone he knows is around.
Biography: Shane grew up in the small town of Lone Jack, Missouri and he's returned there to teach after years of traveling and enjoying his life. He decided it was time to relax and sit back with an easy job. What he didn't expect was how difficult the students would be and he most definitely did not expect Ruthanne.

Still, she went to her mother's and soon stumbled across the secret of her pyrokenesis and legendary ancestry. Now she has to fight off her ancesters for the greater good.
