Personality: River is strong willed, she can be hard headed and at times doesn't think everything through and just goes with insinct. At times it get's her in trouble, and other times it can get her out of trouble. An ex cop she does what she does, with the right training and is still physically fit as she was ten years ago. Being stubborn she pushes her way through things, even if it makes the other person uncomfortable, and concequences be damned, since she is not going to let anything get in the way of her and what she wants.
