A thought just crossed my mind, probably because of the guest speaker my health class will have on tuesday. This is the thought/question. Can dogs get AIDS? Can they get any STDs period?Because they are never told "Abstain unless you want an STD" and so I was just wondering. Is that possible? And would it be even possible for a human to transmit STDs to an animal? I don't think someone would try, but its a question, right? And infact, why dogs? Why not cats? Which leads me to my next question: Cows and chiken and fish? Can they have AIDs? This one is semi-serious, because sometimes you eat a steak or other peice of meat, and there is that little spot of blood that people say is harmless. But if a cow has AIDs, and you eat that "harmless" blood, wouldn't you contract the disease? Does it matter if the cow has AIDs or not? You still ate the blood, which is the whole reason we cook! To get RID OF the blood! I'm done. But if you have an answer, please, share!
