I just spent the past few days at my father's cabin, with my oldest brother and it was overall a pretty good time. Though I am not for trophy killing at all (no one in my family is), I don't mind deer hunting so much as it saves me so much money feeding my family. Anyhow, the season began on Monday, but we stayed at the cabin Saturday and Sunday too. Well, if you know the weather in Ohio, you'd know that it was raining - a lot - all day Monday, meaning that we did little more than run around soaking wet for a few hours before packing up and heading back to town. I should be going back this Saturday, but the season ends Sunday so I doubt I will get anything this year, which is okay, but that would've helped save me some dough.
