Okay, I hope you liked all those dolls, now for my idea. I've been making and tweaking a story in my head since the end of eigth grade. I really like it and have grown quite attached to it. I even cried when I killed off one of the characters. I told Ally and Lyssa the beginning of that story and they really liked it. I drew out the main character on a peice of paper, and she looked almost exactly like how I have her pictured in my head. I was thinking maybe I could draw all the characters out and scan them onto my computor then post them here and write out the story. The thing is, I'm worried that if I do that somebody will steal my story and claim that it's their's. What do you all think?

The postmark on the letter will be your key in court if someone tries to steal your idea. This is called the poor man's copyright.
Of course the BEST thing to do would be to talk to a copyright lawyer and register your ideas as copyrighted.
