Phase II
Went to the doctor today. Since we moved into the new house with the tile everywhere my foot has been KILLING me! It's often to the point (on the weekends) where I can barely walk. OWIE!
So...bone spur in the heel, plantar fasciatis, torn muscle, swelling, etc. etc.
And to top it off he gave me a shot.
Ohhhh - not a regular shot. Nope. He first took this long metal cylander and shot me with whatever was inside that - it felt much like he took a thick rubber band, pulled it back as far as it would go and then thwacked it against my heel. So he did that twice - yes, twice. One thwack didn't cut it. Then he injected the heel with a horrible burning painful liquid. O.O
