Callista was walking through the park; she was mad, wait change that, she was pissed. It was the first time her boyfriend had tried to put the move on her. She didn't like it, not one bit. Callista was a tall beauty, but not overly tall, about five seven. She had brown hair, and brown eyes, she looked like her mom, at least that was what everyone said.
“Gosh, Allan, why can't you take a hint?” She growled in frustration. “I mean you, uh, you’re a jerk!”
Callista just kept walking; she didn't know someone was watching her.

“It's not stalking.” He told himself. “I'm making sure she gets home okay.”
Yeah, whatever, you know you want her. He thought. You've wanted her since you were in middle school, and who does she chose, hot shot football player Allan. I'm better then he is.
He watched as she made her way up to her house, opened the door and went inside. He was surprised to see how angry Callista was, apparently Allan had made a move on her, but he hadn't brought what was needed. Eric couldn't help but grin, he knew that Callista would never go for that, she was too pure for something like a premarital, especially not with Allan. Yet secretly, Eric too, wanted to make the move on Callista, but first he wanted her to like him, scratch that, love him.
The porch light came on, but Eric didn't see any one enter, but he sensed someone. The air crackled about him.
“Well, well, well, if it isn't Lestrants, out for a late night stroll, are we?” The man asked.
“Deleterious, what are you doing here?” He knew that the aura witch was a powerful one.
The man had dark hair, black as a raven's feathers; his eyes were a deep midnight blue. Even some of the strongest vampires knew not to mess with him.
“Well, actually, you see, my daughter lives in that house.” He pointed to the house that Callista had just gone into. “I came to see her, but it turns out, they locked me out. A shame really, for all I wanted to do was see my one and only daughter. Well, goodnight, Lestrants.”
The man disappeared, leaving Eric there stunned. What was that all about?
