So... I was a bit confused as to what Gaia Gold price the people in the marketplace were basing their new prices off of... and then I wondered, with the new Gaia Cash unit, what the entire conversion rate was.
If 5.00$=500GC then 1.00$=100GC. Correct?
So, if an item in Barton Boutique is 100G and also 2GC, then 100GC=5000G.
Am I right?
But then I went to another shop and found something for 200G and saw that it was also 3GC and it makes me wonder if the Gaia Staff even put any thought into the conversion system. If people are going to pay money to buy Gaia Cash, you should make it as accurate as possible, because people might actually be losing money, and others might be using up more Gold than need be.
You should stick to my 1.00$=100GC=5000G template, or come up with something similar... because it's a bit unnerving to just be throwing in an inconsistent number of Gaia Cash for several items that cost the same amount of Gold.
Of course... you guys could also be using a DIFFERENT conversion rate, maybe even a more confusing one... but I don't see why when mine is very simple. How do you get 100G and 2GC with another item 200G and 3GC, anyway? Kind of bizarre.
That's just my opinion, though...
