For many web comics I read it's really hard for me to show my support, cause everyone uses the evil Paypal. I was very fortunate that I was able to get in touch with Pip, and pay him through snail mail.
I really wish other artist worked that way too, but I guess Paypal as evil as it is, is just safer then letting everyone and their brother know where you live.
Another web comic I supported in the past was Funny Farm, and I was able to do that by sending toys to the artist. In exchange he made a picture for me of one of his characters squaring off against one of my favorite Transformers. A few years later he put the Picture up on the site as a filler.
