Gah! *Buries her face in her hands.* I can't believe how sappy and romantic I feel right now... sweatdrop I went and saw Phantom of the Opera for the second time and I still can't believe how much that story catches at my heart. I'm not one to cry too much at movies but I still found my eyes tearing up towards the end when it hits my two favorite songs 'Point of No Return' and the final triette between Christine, Raul, and Erik. For some reason I find myself powerless at that point, and that's not something that a little warrior chick likes to admit too much. sweatdrop But for Phantom of the Opera, I think I can make an exception to that rule as I love it and Christine is my dream roll. 3nodding As I sat there enraptured by that gorgeous movie I felt a flood of memories washing over me. Things from lectures and discussions in Rutter's class about the seduction of the arts and then moving on to memories of going to see that movie for the first time with a dear friend of mine right after he inlisted Vash the Stampede to watch over me while he was away. wink I sat there spellbound as the music revived my mind, soul, and heart. Truly, there is power in the music of the night.
