domokun I hate people that flutter around the Gaia exchange posting 'Do you take art?' as payment for everything they want on every new post.
I especially hate it when people offer 10, 20, 55 commissioned pieces for NM Minis or somthing. There's art out there that's worth an arm and a leg to some people, but that comes from reputable users, not a pokemon-esque sketch fanatic.
Commissions/Requests/Mini Shops = Sell your stupid art.
Gaia Exchange = Engage in item and gold trades.
I like to think I work with some tact. I have an art shop, in the Mini Shops forum, and I advertise my shop discreetly in my siggy. That's as far as I go.
Now if people come out and ask me 'do you do commissions/would you draw somthing' and especially 'Would you take suchandsuch item as payment' I see as quite appropriate. Im offering a service and my customers are offering a specified vessel of payment.
I can draw, id say im mediocre. But Im not going to force it on everyone and hope to score some easy items out of it. That's just disgustingly rude, and ignorant.
