Alignment (Good/Evil?): Eggman is her legal guardian and 2nd cousin, so I suppose you could say she's on the evil path...however, she tends to flip back and forth from good to evil.
Love Interest: It is unknown, but suggested it must be either Shadow or E-123 Omega; considering she has a close friendship between both of them.
Bio: Professor Jill Blue Foxx was a rival of Gerald Robotnik's during Project: Shadow(Shadow the Hedgehog)'s creation. Since Jill (aka "Dark Blue/Dark Ao" wink had the ability to gaze into the future wit hher Dark Mirror, she noticed there was a way she could become the ultimate lifeform instead-- she brought an ancestor of Gerald's back to life, so that way, the new "her" or new lifeform would have a different appearance. Dark Blue chose to bring Maria Robotnik back to life, so that her creation would have a child-like innocence about her. The project was finished 2 years after Shadow the Hedgehog's creation.
This project, Project: Shadow 2.0, was a failure.
Even though her creation had immortality, Dark Blue's creation failed to control Chaos Powers. The project also lacked a lot of physical strength. Therefore, Shadow 2.0 was useless to her, so she immediately sent the creature to stay with Gerald's nephew, Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik. Eggman or Eggy, didn't have anyone working for him or with him at the time, and was therefore, utterly BORED.
Eggman chose to adopt this creature and turn her into a killing machine. Although she remained in a secret room at all times, he actually would train her at least once a day. He later trained her to work as an apprentice for him, and taught her how to use every type of technology imaginable. After 48 years had passed, she had been dubbed as "Commander Blue", and had complete access and control of the entire Eggman Empire.
Weeks later, Commander Blue had met E-123 Omega, Rouge the Bat, and Shadow the Hedgehog. She affectionately nicknamed Shadow and Omega, "Hedgie" and "Omegy". Blue holds a deep hatred for Rouge, because she believes Rouge is out to steal Blue's position as Commander of the EOS(Eggman Obedience Society). It's a wonder why Blue and Rouge aren't best friends, because they actually seem to hold some similar beliefs and personalities.
