LATER THAT WEEK...
Sakura opened the door to her house and plopped down on her couch. Tsunade-sama had her hands full and it was hard for Hinata and herself to keep up with all the patients. Hinata was a good nurse...Sakura had to admit. The news was on again:
Earlier today, a suspicious figure tore through numbers of ninja in battle. Our footage showed that he bore the Uchiha symbol on his back. No one knows if this is the last Uchiha or the rouge ninja from the Akatsuki. If anyone has any information reguarding this mysterious ninja, please call (1-800)435-2093.
In other news... *CLICK!* Sakura turned off the t.v. her body was shaking in fear. The man she had recognised as Uchiha Sasuke...but what could she do? Sasuke went to Otoagakure of his own decision...Ororchimaru was only an influence...Sasuke was strong and made decisions on his own.
"Haruno Sakura?" an omnious voice asked.
She turned around and her breath stopped.
"Uc-chi-ha...I-Ita-ach-hi?!..." she choked out.
It was the Uchiha...Sasuke's brother...why was he here?...how did he get in?! His eyes closed and Sakura tensed up.
What is he up t--
She didn't get to finish her thoughts because at that moment his eyes opened and she felt herself drift into uncouniousness.
"Too easy..." he said to himself as he lifted the konoichi off the couch. He dissapeared in a flury of leaves...leaving the room with a cold aura...
Back at Naruto's house, Hinata had been attacked as well. Only by Hoshigaki Kisame. Naruto had gone to pick up some ramen for dinner so she was left alone. That's when the door exploded into splinters.
"There you are," he said, sounding impatient.
Hinata had gone into her Byakugan formation and charged at him. Her blows were easily deflected with Samehada, causing her to fall onto the floor. Apparently, the noise had drawn attention, as Neji attacked Kisame from behind, paralyzing his left arm with his Byakugan.
"Hinata, RUN!" he demanded.
"B-but Neji-kun?!" Hinata insisted, "I'm the one who he wants!! Don't get yourself killed for me!!"
"Oh, and what would Hiyashi-sama think if I just sat back and did nothing?" he replied, narrowly dodgeing the sword.
Hinata ran over the splintered wood and onto the streets. She knew where Naruto would be...but what if he had already left and gone back home?
