all those who read this just to torture me about my likes and dislikes, go away or i'll sick tobi on u! now...on to the story...(just so everybody knows, this is 10 years after Sasuke left)
Konohagakure was at war with Otogakure. Our ninja had been sent over to fight. More than 50 a day were brought back dead or too late to save. Hinata watched the news at her house. The war would be getting her worried, but she had a certain ninja to thank for her bright outlook. Naruto. He had proposed to her earlier that day. Everyone, including Kiba, Sakura, Shino, Ino, and Neji, had told her not to say "yes" when the war was still here. Ignoring what they told her, and listening to her heart, she said "yes". They were to be married in a month.
Naruto opened the door to they're house. Hinata ran to him joyfully, wrapping her arms around his neck.
"Hinata," Naruto said.
Hinata cocked her head to one side, "What is it Naruto-kun?"
Naruto took a deep breath. He opened his eyes and his face was stern and serious.
"I saw someone today."
"yes...and?" Hinata asked him to continue.
"Somebody that i hadn't seen since i came back to Konoha 7 years ago..."
"and?"
"And...they saw me...and i fought them...using the Kyuubi's power..."
Hinata's eyes grew wide. "who was it to make you use the Kyuubi?!"
"You remember Saskue? How his parents were killed?"
Her heart began to pound. Could Sasuke be back again?! she thought.
"well...it was his brother...and he was sent for a second attampt to capture me...because of the Kyuubi...like Gaara..."
He closed his eyes a second time, "I don't know how to say this...b-but..." his eyes brimming with tears, "i don't think we should be married..."
"WHA--?!" Hinata gasped, "we-e're not going to be married? Because of this man?!"
His head shook grimmly, "yes...i don't want to put you in danger...i don't want to let anyone else know about Uchiha Itachi...so please don't tell.
