Light and L actually DID hit it off?
Light and L would be handcuffed together and lying on a couch late at night, and Light feel this weird movement and he would be all, "Dude, wtf are you doing, I'm trying to sleep." And L would be all "..." because he's such a super-cool emo kid hottie guy who probably doesn't even reveal his identity to his own mother, because he's way too cool. So then the movement would stop and Light would start dozing off again, dreaming of killing hundreds of thousands of criminals in varying brutal/ingenious ways(because this is before he got all stupid and nice and sane). Then, all of the sudden, Light would feel his pants being ripped off and be all "AAGH WHAT'S HAPPENING?!?" and L would be like "...I think you're hot."
Then Light would look up into L's eyes and realize what a beautiful girlyman he was, what with his impossibly cool raven-colored hair and his big, dark, slightly dead-looking eyes. He would sit up and kiss L all slowly and passionate-like and then afterwards he'd say, "I think you're damn sexy too."
After that, all of this stuff would happen that would be against the ToS for me to describe here, so I'll just say they were...having a tea party. Of course, L can only think well when he's in a fetal position, so even though it would be hard to...tea-party...in that position, since L is way smart, he would find a way for it to be the most pleasurable...tea party...ever, even if he was all bunched up on top of Light and it might be hard for him to get his...tea pot...down there.
Afterwards, Light would come to his senses about killing L, and he would decide that L was, in fact, his soulmate, even though he was too sinister and ignorant to even know the guy's name. So then they'd get married, and L would wear the dress, and then they would adopt a little Asian baby girl, because that just seemed right. Then the series would end, and all of the homophobes would cry.
