"Ya know, I figure our relationship can be determined by Queen."
Considering Juliet's dispostion on life and her fasanation with music, Shamus was barely surprised by the comment. However, the statement had an air of importance and reasoning to it, so the young man gave the woman the benefit of the doubt and regarded her.
It was a wise choice. Juliet was not the type to feel displeased or neglected when ignored or cut off, but, as it was, she almost always would tuck a tibit of wisdom with her wonderings, much like a plastic baby beneath the depths of a Mardi-Gras cake. Along with that comparison, most people being served never found it.
Additionally, she was beautifully stretched across the bed, pushing her chesnut-colored head into the bedspread to look at the other without the trouble of getting up.
"What do you mean by that, Ju?" The question was drawn-out, as where most of the male's statements. As such, he had a reputation about him as a womanizer, despite the fact he was already overjoyed with the one sprawling over the furniture.
"Well, for the most part, the songs are joyous and fun, right?" Juliet prosed again, clearly deciding to build up to her point, "And as such, so are we." A pure smile rounded her lips, along with the harmonous laughter she used so often. Invitably, this would draw Shamus to her, which, as expected, he did, settling comfortably on the edge of the bed, smiling as well. It was hard to resist, in all honesty.
"Of course, love." He egged on, finding a hunger for the depth of this contemplation. "But what say you on the other part?"
"Aha! You've guessed where I've been off to!" The woman sprang forward off the covered mattress, exciting herself even more with the matter. Resettling herself to better face Shamus, she continued, "And as such, you will be familar with the fact that the other songs are somewhat depressing, if not beautiful, correct?"
She allowed the man to smile wider, pressing forward after he nodded his head curtly, "Further more, those are the most well-known songs. Now, we've had our rough patches, as every couple does, and when people speak or think of us together, that is the idea they jump to." She held her finger upward with this revalution, giving a solmn nod. "And they hold this to be true, as it usually is the key point in such relations as we are connected."
"But!" She paused, slipping her small, well-caloused hands into Shamus fair ones, "We, to quote, let the show go on."
"Well said, my love." The blonde said simply, which, in truth, was all that was needed for the conversation.
"But as is, I rather feel like I need somebody to love at the moment, rather than to flake my makeup. Shall we end the conversation, my dear?"
On cue, as per usual, her antics were gracefully put to end for the day by the welcoming connection of their lips.

Awww. That was fluffy. >w< As it should be... 'cause I'm depressed. D: We watched the end of the Romeo + Juliet in class today, and, as expected, I sobbed myself silly. xD It was too excellent!
