I keep setting my alarm for 7:30am and then not getting up. I'm annoyed at myself but every time I try, I either get a bad sleep the night before, or I wake up and I'm so tired and feeling unwell, (sore insides since tummy problems ongoing) that I just fall back asleep so easily. I wonder if I had pushed through the bad feelings and exhaustion, whether I would have come right after a bit. I'll try to get up early tomorrow and see how much of a difference it makes or if I just remain tired the rest of the day.
I always feel happier and get more done when I get up early and make the most of my days. But with my health the way it is lately, it's such a challenge.
But I'll do my best since I need to fix my sleep schedule anyway.
