Hey guys, i hope you all are having fun planning for the holidays! I am so far.
I just wrapped presents for my coworkers. I usually give them out in the middle of December or so. So I'm doing it tomorrow! For the women I got pedicure sets and for the men I got popcorn tins. I hope everyone likes what I got them!
The only person I don't know what to buy for this year is my dad. I think men are so hard to shop for, especially him. When you ask him what he wants or needs he says nothing. I would just get him a gift card but I don't know, I do that every year!
In other news, my sister and I are thinking about getting matching tattoos. Neither one of us has ever got one before. We want to get diamond hearts on our ankles. It comes from the song Diamond Heart by Lady Gaga. We saw her live in September and it was amazing. This would commemorate that, plus we both just love the song. My favorite lyrics is, "I might not be flawless but you know I've got a diamond heart." I just love that so much. It makes me think of when I was growing up and people were mean to me, and would call me names, and through it all I still tried to be a good person and have a good heart. I think that having a good heart is all anyone can ask of you. So maybe if we can both get past our nerves, maybe we can have a little reminder of that on our ankles! smile
