Lately I've been overwhelmed with emotion. I started keeping a personal journal again on my new laptop. It feels so good to be able to write down what I'm thinking and feeling. I used to journal every day for like 6 or 7 years and I think it's a good mechanism to cope with depression, anxiety, anger, all that.
I think we often turn to things that hurt us: drinking, smoking, gambling, overeating. Journaling is a nice safe way to deal.
I've been feeling very angry lately, at a lot of things. I think I'm just figuring out that being an adult is just super unfair at times and I guess there's nothing to do but just suck it up. Like Andy Dwyer says on Parks and Recreation. "The show must go wrong."
Thanks you all for sticking by my side however crazy I may be. Love yall from the bottom of my heart.
