Okay, backstory: My brother did something to my computer. He downloaded something and all these ads keep popping up all over the place. It's REALLY annoying. It's too difficult to even go on Gaia!
My taskbar has disappeared a couple times because of that stuff. It just disappeared and my brother told me to try something the next time that happened.
I tried it and it worked.
(On a Windows computer) Open Task Manager, go into the "Windows" folder in the OS and find the application that says "Explorer". It freaking worked.
I concede defeat. xp
