Tesla in the early 90s.
This is Bar 7. When Tesla broke up in the late 90s, Jeff Keith started this band and Tommy Skeoch ended up joining after his drug problems got better. Tommy left the tour in 2000, and the group got Frank Hannon in for some of the tour, which eventually led to Tesla getting back together.
