Hey guys. So right now I'm just chilling with my dog listening to Marilyn Manson. I swear he likes him too. Every time he comes on my iPod (which is a lot), it relaxes him. Lol it's weird. Me and him are so alike, even if he is a dog. xD
Anyways I just love listening to Marilyn Manson because his music makes me feel a range of emotions. When I listen to his Antichrist Superstar album and Portrait of an American Family I feel hype and pumped up, and when I listen to Eat Me Drink Me I feel calm and relaxed, and when I listen to Born Villain I feel happy and excited. And whenever I listen to High End of Low I feel kinda sad. Every one of his albums is so different and I love that. It's hard to find artists who have a different unique song every time. And I feel like he writes albums not to just crank out another one and make money and stuff, but he does it because music is his passion. I can feel every lyric he says, and that doesn't happen for me a lot. Which don't get me wrong, I like. A lot of bands over time have just came out with the same repetitive thing over and over for 20 or so years, and try to make it "big" in the industry again. But it doesn't feel like that with him. His emotions come out so well in his songs.
I didn't mean for this journal to be all about Marilyn Manson but he is my favorite singer so I guess that's appropriate.
Bye guys!
