Once Upon A Time. . .
ღ Well, as you can tell from his name, Viktor is not American, English or Australian. Well, screw that approach, Leo is from Hamburg, Germany. His mother is Austrian, and his father was just a lowly civil worker. Any who, he lived an average child life, but when it came time to get training for emergency cases, if Germany was invaded, he was found to have a certain zeal, so he became part of the airborne. After about eight years of being in the Heer, Leo had about two hundred accounts of minor insubordination, and also a few problems with most female members. But, upon coming home from Iraq and the like, he found he had won a year's trip to a nice little island.
ღ Leo is very a very awkward fellow. One minute he can be pissed beyond all belief, the next, he is content reading something. But, his average mood is happy and talkative, and he is a bit brash when it comes to women. When you put drinks into him, and it will take a lot to get him drunk, he is fairly much an unstoppable flirt.
