Not a demon, per-se. She isn't found in ay of the seven circles of Hell, but she is from a similar plane of Lovecraftian origin. She is a being with no true history that lives for pleasure and destruction on in the human realm.
She was drawn to the school so she might stir up some trouble and start a few bloody conflicts. It being somewhat of a natural hotspot, she'll probably get her wish.
Typically, she (or he as it possesses both sets of genitalia) hunts humans for the pleasure of it. Playing with them, seducing them, indulging with them, then slaughtering them, and if they're lucky it'll be in that order.
She uses her power and alluring nature to gain control of the situation.
