Duel II Exodia Reversed
Two hours passed and the bell rang. All the students flooded out of the classroom, except Tamoka. When she finally came out, she was escorted by an elderly female teacher, wearing glasses and holding Tamoka’s duel disk. Tamoka glimpsed the man as she walked out, but the teacher pushed her shoulder. “Keep moving Ms. Derru, you have an appointment with Mr. Stanley.” Her voice was high on itself. Ms. Sullivan would not tolerate any more of Tamoka’s tardiness. Sitting in his office, legs on the desk, the principal of the school was a stern man. He had short brown hair, wore a mustache and always had plaid on. His brow was an eternal scowl, strict to the core. He was twirling a large squish ball, that looked like a fishing bobber with a circle button on it. Suddenly the door to his spacious office swung open, revealing Tamoka and the nagging Ms. Sullivan, who threw the duel disk onto Mr. Stanley’s desk. “Again she was tardy, due to that wretched card game!” The teacher squealed. The tall blonde, outside back against the wall listened in. He was listening in on the angry teachers rant. He was curious, of what would happen if Tamoka couldn’t get her duel disk back. Mr. Stanley tilted his head, a mild fury could be seen crossing over his face. “Well, this is quite a problem. Get out.” He demanded of Ms. Sullivan standing up, looking madder and madder at Tamoka. “Good, I see you will teach her, what really matters.” Ms. Sullivan frowned in disappointment at Tamoka and left the room. Mr. Stanley peered over Tamoka’s shoulder, making sure Ms. Sullivan was out of hearing range. He sat back on the chair and examined the duel disk, holding it carefully. “You lost the duel.” He had watched. “No, it was a tie.” “Late for a tie, and forcing me to fire Ms. Sullivan is a bit of a lame excuse.” Tamoka crossed her arms over her massive bosom. Her shirt over the chest had an angle shape opening and Mr. Stanley could see her cleavage, which he commented on. “Besides, dressing like a whore only makes the men want to take you down in the first place.” He had a cocky smirk. “If it wasn’t against policy…” “Don’t fire Ms. Sullivan for being mad at me.” She was used to his sickening comments, but she was friends with him, because he was into the sport of Duel Monsters. “What makes you think this is about you!?” He raised his voice. “She’s no fun, gotta go.” He made a whistling sound with his mouth and a baseball strike motion with his left hand. He stood up and bounced the squishy ball off of her opened cleavage, catching it, raising it at her in a threatening motion. “I should expel you for losing.” He walked over to the intercom and made an announcement for Beardy John to come to his office. He didn’t care for the guy’s last name, he just mentioned the most outstanding feature of the boy. He picked up the speaker again. “Second thought, make it the roof.” He took Tamoka’s deck out of the duel disk, picked out the five Destiny Board cards and placed them in his pocket. “You lose these, because they made you lazy.” He handed her the deck back, and strapped the duel disk on his arm, leaving the office confronted by the tall blonde. “You’re not from this school, or from around here.” Mr. Stanley could tell by the way he looked, just as Tamoka did. Mr. Stanley kept walking, demanding he and Tamoka follow him to the roof. “Name.” Mr. Stanley demanded as he got into the elevator. “Davaku Buron.” He stated, having to crouch a bit to fit in the elevator. “You a transfer student, because you’re a little old, even for a senior. Or you just a fan of Tamoka?” He remembered Davaku watching Tamoka’s duel. “No… He’s something more.” Tamoka’s red eyes glared up at Davaku. “I’ll explain after your duel old man.” He knew Mr. Stanley’s plan to duel Beardy. The three made it to the roof, to greet a waiting Beardy. He had been there for about five minutes waiting. Mr. Stanley started by lecturing him about making other students late. During Mr. Stanley’s cruel lecture Tamoka and Davaku spoke. “You are here for me, why?” Tamoka had concluded, but the reason was yet to be known. He didn’t pay much attention to the dark little girl, he was focusing on a roof top a cross the street. He thought he saw somebody up to no good. “You’re in a lot of trouble.” Davaku replied. “Now you’ve got to face me.” Mr. Stanley slid his modified deck into the duel disk and activated it.
:Beardy:4000LP: “Yes sir, but I’ll start. I place one card face down.” :Mr. Stanley:4000LP: “And one monster in defense mode… Exodia duelist, too predictable.”
Beardy nodded his head as he placed a card in the spell and trap card zones. Two face down card holograms appeared before him, it was now Mr. Stanley’s turn. Davaku looked to Beardy’s face. “He’s already got most of Exodia assembled.” “You can tell too, I knew this in my duel too.” Tamoka admitted, after all she had faced Beardy before. She then realized Mr. Stanley was right, she did play that game carelessly. Mr. Stanley’s duel disk became electrified as he played a small monster called Wattsquirrel. 3/700/100. It was a small red white and blue squirrel, that was sparking with electricity. “I’m betting that’s a Sangan face down, with only 600 defense. My Wattsquirrel negates the effects of all monsters it destroys.” He pointed to his watt squirrel and commanded it to attack, blasting away Sangan and trapped it’s effect so that it would not be able to pull a piece of Exodia from Beardy’s deck. Beardy John was a bit upset that his victory was snatched away, so he revealed his trap card Ability Limit. It was a permanent trap card. “Every time you activate a monsters effect you must pay 500 life points!” From the trap, two wires attached to both Beardy’s and Mr. Stanley’s duel disks. “Yea, but it effects you too.” Mr. Stanley grinned. “I could set my Mirror Force, but I know you won’t chance an attack, so instead I’ll place my Exchange face down.” It was a spell card that would merely serve as an ironic bluff. “Wow, he’s really laying into the poor guy with the insults…” Davaku noted, crossing his arms, letting his shades fall to his eyes from the bright sunlight. “Serves him right.” Tamoka couldn’t stand the sunlight either, using Davaku’s shadow for protection. “It’s your fault, for your failure, that I have to clean up this mess!” Mr. Stanley cursed at Tamoka. She frowned. “I’d like to see you defeat five on one.” “Hey it’s my turn you know.” Beardy was getting ignored, but he drew anyways. Mr. Stanley was right, there was going to be no attack, instead he placed a monster that couldn’t be destroyed face down known as Marshmallon. He ended his turn, but Mr. Stanley was still bickering with Tamoka now, though he did play his card barely pretending to notice Beardy. He played a monster called Wattkiwi, a level three tuner, who combined with watt squirrel to create a Synchro monster. “Oh, it’s called WattChimera.” The large lion, raised it’s griffons wings, while the snake tails fangs hissed sparks. The beast had only 1400 attack points, though they were enough to serve Mr. Stanley’s purpose.
:Mr. Stanley:3500LP: “My monster will attack you directly!” :Beardy:4000LP: “That’s an effect, which will cost you 500 life points!”
The WattChimera flew over Beardy’s defense monster and struck down his life points by 1400. That attack wasn’t all. The snake head’s fangs bit into one of Beardy’s Exodia pieces and sent it back to the top of his deck. :Mr. Stanley:3000LP: “Ooops, guess I forgot to tell you that part of the effect, but now you’re locked, might as well give up. Exodia pieces in your hand, going to your deck. Sure I’ll lose 500 points per attack, but it’s well worth it.”
Beardy realized he was trapped and there was nothing he could do. He placed his hand on his deck in surrender. Mr. Stanley yelled at him. “Dammit, don’t surrender!” “There’s nothing he can do.” Davaku pointed out. “There’s one thing, take defeat.” Mr. Stanley smirked, ordering Beardy to keep playing or else he would be expelled. Beardy drew, but it was just the Exodia piece from before. He ended his turn. Once again The Chimera attacked and returned the same card to John’s deck. Mr. Stanley lost 500, putting him at 2500 and Beardy at 1200. The Final turn came, Mr. Stanley could end it, but the duel was so boring. Instead he set four cards face down in his spell and trap card zone. Then he placed his Chimera in defense mode. “What the hell, are you throwing the match, he is one card from winning and the duel will be over!” Davaku threatened Mr. Stanley, angered by his lack of spirit. “I wanted to try a combo and this punk couldn’t last long enough, now I gotta just screw around.” Mr. Stanley gloated. “My turn’s not over and I’m not throwing it away. I activate my face down Exchange card.” He held out his Mirror Force. “Take it!” He walked over and snatched one of Beardy John’s Exodia pieces. “Now you’ve got a means to protect yourself, go!” :Beardy:1200LP: “I set my trap-” :Mr. Stanley interrupting:LP: “Mirror Force.” :Beardy:1200LP: “Then I release my face down monster to summon Sphere of Chaos!” 5/1600/0
A Black ball emerged from the ground, glowing with electricity. It spit out Exodia’s head and added to John’s hand. “My Sphere adds Exodia the Forbidden one to my hand, now once you let go of that other one, I win!” John’s string from his Ability Limit card zapped away 500 of his life points. He then attacked with his Sphere of Chaos destroying Wattchimera. “Good job…” Davaku smirked. “Do not judge yet, an incredible combo shall emerge.” Tamoka foreshadowed Mr. Stanley’s game, he was done playing around and now wanted to use Exodia. Mr. Stanley drew and revealed three of his face down cards, they were all The Pillager, which would steal one card from his opponents hand and add it to his. Mr. Stanley took everything, but the head of Exodia. Then he summoned Amazoness Chain Master in attack mode. The muscular woman appeared as a hologram and attacked the Sphere of Chaos. Well aware of Chain Master’s effect, Beardy activated his trap card Mirror Force to destroy the attacking monster. Mr. Stanley chained with Trap Jammer which negates Mirror Force and destroys it. Amazoness Chain master whipped Sphere of Chaos, but the sphere electrified the whip destroying the monster. “Now if I pay 1500, plus the 500 from Ability Limit and the 200 damage I just took, that leaves me at, wow 300, but now your head is mine!” Mr. Stanley gloated. The chain master’s effect kicked in. When she was destroyed by battle, the owner pays 1500 life points and takes one monster from the opponents hand and add it to his. “Now I’ve done it!” Mr. Stanley was so proud to be holding all five Exodia pieces. He bowed as the gargantuan being appeared behind him and blasted away the rest of Beardy John’s life points. Beardy was sentenced to office detention. “What did we learn today kids?” Mr. Stanley turned to Tamoka and Davaku expectantly. Tamoka rolled her eyes. “The Pillager is a one of a kind card. After it’s release most of the copies were destroyed because of it’s power, that is why it doesn’t appear on any ban lists.” She dismissed his victory rhetorically. “So you cheated.” Davaku growled. “These three pieces of card board are worth millions of dollars. Only a cynical man would say that I cheated somebody. Your dismissed, get back to class.” Mr. Stanley threw Tamoka’s duel disk back at her. He wanted to be left alone to glorify his own victory. Tamoka headed back to class, still followed by Davaku. She wanted her answer about him, but it wouldn’t come until later. Later that day a fired Ms. Sullivan was carrying her box of junk to the car grumbling. As she got in the vehicle was hit by a missile. The car burst and flames set the whole school, no remains could be found of Ms. Sullivan. At the sound of the explosion Davaku knew ‘they’ had come. He busted into Tamoka’s panicking classroom and picked up the girl. “What are you doing?!” She tried hitting him, but he was too large to bruise. He ran to the janitors office. “Remember that trouble I told you about? It’s here.” He shut the door and barricaded it, by shoving a soda machine in front of it. From the above building a man cloaked in black was holding a missile launcher. He kept firing down at the school, until he was told to halt by another man. This person had sharp teeth and somewhat gray flesh. His eyes were lizard like and he wore a sun dyed zebra skin to his massive chest, his giant arms covered in metal bands. He spoke in a raspy voice. “This is the place…” He leapt off the building, landing on the ground activating his duel disk. “Tamoka, come out here and face me! The winner shall live, the loser shall be blown away.” He signaled his comrade to hold off on the missile fire. “You won’t get Tamoka, but you got me!” Davaku walked out of the school, though his voice was mixed in with the shimmering flames the man with the duel disk heard it. “Davaku…” The person recognized him, both of them activated their duel disks and prepared to duel.
