Since Tale'aina was but a pup, she had wanted to be on her own. She was obsessed with accomplishing things on her own, being self-sufficient. The ambitious young female, albeit now an adult, was ready to stand on her own four feet. It was now do or die, no family to lean on and no pack for aid. And Tale would have it no other way. Excitement ran through her body, the thrill of so many stories she would one day be able to tell her siblings. Yes, Tale'aina was not an Ikal to be chained down and she would wander until the end of her days...

"My parents had left for a reason....." I reiterated to myself. I looked beyond the horizon of my old clearing. The old pack border was there, in front of me. If I left, there was no turning back. I wanted to know...I needed to know... There was more, something out there my parents saw that made them know something. I need to know. I needed. My soul craved for it, it cried for it. I won't be running anymore... I'll be seeking it. "It's out there.... I know it. I know it." I sighed, took a deep breath. "The truth is out there.... And I shall find it." I mumbled, lookinging back and then front. The only way to move...was to move forward. The truth can be found in a journey. This is the start of my journey. "The answer is in the horizon....and endlessness."
