kai woke up that morning, in a briht sunny day. it was the first time he noticed a little light in his room. in his bed was a small little girl. he then say the tribal bracelet that he girl gave him. he remembered what had happened the other day. soon after he had fixed himself for school the little woke up. he then noticed that she jas grown a little to a 4 yer old girl.
" does your growth go rapid everyday?" he asked uninterested.
"no my growth goes with the power iam regaining. i won't grow some days but i will stop when i turn 17."
"why is that so?"
"because i was 17 years old when i first died." she answered, " yes i was just a normal girl before who aged normally. im just like you a reincarnation . iam the reincarnation of the red phoenix. i don't know yet why or how the phoenix died eternally to have to reincarnate to me, but when i died that was when my powers and the phoenix whithin me awakened."
"what is your other form by the way?"
"a phoenix bird."
maria then glowed red and turned to a small red bird.
"perfect let's continue on the way."
then while walking on the way kai then asked," maria where is your family ?"
"my parents died already. they died 20 years ago. for you see i've been a phoenix for 50 years already. i've died and revived for 50 years and so much has already happened."
"then tell me maria what has these ppowers got to do with me. why do you have to die and live again."
"as we are born to be these the prince is the one that stores the great powers of the 12 animals. it is the pjoenix and the other guardians oath to protect the power so you must have that bracelet becuase the enemy has not yet known that the prince lives. now their want me as iam a key to opening the prince's powers. if that power is released the world will be in grave danger."
as they reached school there were several students. before kai came by they were noisy and cheerful , but as kai passed by they were silenced. fear was in their eyes. every one gave way to him as if scared. maria wandered as she looked at kai's always serious expression that ignored the stares of the people. later on she asked him.
"why were the other students like that."
"i don't know why should i care. it's better for me."
throught out the day nobody spoke to him or even greeted him. kai spent the days as his usual alone.
after school maria looked for him she finnally saw him up at the roof top as he fed a group of birds.
