History: Since the age of 5, Min-Jee Sa was obsessed with taking things apart and seeing how she could re-build them. Her parents encouraged her, even bought her books on mechanics, and by the age of 10, she could build just about anything. Fortunately for the rest of the world, she preferred to re-pair things. Unfortunately, the government didn't see it that way. When they tried to deport her, she had her first panic attack. It almost lasted 15 minutes, and everyone mistook it for a heart attack. She didn't die though, and was diagnosed with agoraphobia when she refused to go back to her house, where she had the attack.
After that, her family moved away, and she grew up fairly normally. Except that she hated open areas, where there were less places to hide in case she had another. When she turned 14, however, she moved herself over to Power City where she could put her talent to work. There she bought a small shop with a smaller apartment on top, and she made friends with the local cats. You can almost always find her there, with a lollipop in mouth, tinkering with something. She even had a cat-door installed so they could come and eat. The only real problem she has with Power City are the Supers. They're either way too nice, or way too mean, but if you want anything repaired, she's your 'man'. She's easy to get along with though, if you don't bugger her about going outside. Or hurt the cats. The mechanics have built up her muscles, and she's not afraid to use them if she has to, but she'd rather not.

Other: She has Agoraphobia, so if she leaves the city, she's afraid she'll have a panic attack and probably die. Again. "Dams are for fish, and I'm not buying one to give one!" Is her motivational quote when she gets mad or depressed.
